What colleges have offered to star recruit AJ Dybantsa?

Brockton's AJ Dybantsa was set to enter his sophomore season of high school basketball this winter as the top-ranked player in the Class of 2026, according to ESPN's Top 100.

On Wednesday (Oct. 11), he announced his reclassification to the Class of 2025, joining a class that features Cameron and Cayden Boozer (the sons of retired NBA All-Star Carlos Boozer), Darryn Peterson, Koa Peat, Caleb Wilson and Bryson Tiller. He will play at Prolific Prep in Napa, California this winter.

According to Dybantsa's Twitter account, and his father Ace, the following schools have made an official offer.

  • Providence
  • Texas
  • Ole Miss
  • Connecticut
  • Washington
  • Georgia Tech
  • Michigan
  • Auburn

Dybantsa won Gatorade Player of the Year at St. Sebastians as a freshman last season, averaging 19.1 points, 9.6 rebounds, 2.9 assists, and 2.5 blocks per game on 60.8 percent shooting from the field and 41 percent from beyond the arc.

“Everything is on the table – college, the G-League – we’ll cross that bridge when we get there,” Ace Dybantsa said to The Enterprise for a story in July. “We have three more years.”
