REVIEWBruce Springsteen delivers classic show in return to Gillette Stadium

FOXBOROUGH — Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band will be playing Thursday and Saturday at Gillette Stadium.

The last time Springsteen played Gillette was close to seven years ago, on Sept. 14, 2016. On that special night, not only did Springsteen break the four-hour mark and go 25 minutes past curfew (despite curfew being pushed back to 11:30 p.m.), The Boss was one minute shy of tying the record for his longest U.S. concert.

The last time Springsteen played the Bay State was March 20 at the TD Garden, Boston.

On Aug. 16, less than six hours before showtime, Springsteen's camp tweeted two shows, that night and Aug. 18, in Philadelphia would be postponed due to the 73-year-old Springsteen "having been taken ill."

Springsteen's most recent shows were Aug. 9 and 11 at Wrigley Field, Chicago.

Here's everything you need to know about attending Springsteen at Gillette. If you've already attended Taylor Swift back in May – which was absolutely crazy mob scene of people trying to get in, with or without tickets – getting to see Springsteen should be like a walk in the park.
